One of the few coffee stores in St. Andrews by the Sea. I must admit my favorite is Honey Beans, but this Tim Hortons I'm thankful is here for that traveler out of town

One of the managers named “kk” is very unpleasant and non-friendly. This location could definitely work on customer service. Everytime I order my coffee with milk she purposely messes up my order putting cream in it and argues when i notice and ask for it to be fixed. She demands that i asked for cream instead of simply fixing the order.

Going through the drive thru, they had a busy inside and said they couldn't have our drink ready for five minutes (ice cap and two steeped teas)
They told us to park in the parking spot, and then come in after 5 minutes.
Firstly that defeats the whole point of the drive thru and secondly, they didn't have our drinks ready after the five minutes anyway.
I told them and they asked for proof that I was the person from the drive thru??
I had to argue for a few moments before finally getting my drinks.

The food here is good, and the coffee is decent, though it could be better. However, the store really needs to address the house fly problem. Last week, I noticed a fly inside the food display counter, and this week, there are flies all over—especially around the display screens and windows. It’s quite unpleasant and concerning for a place that serves food.

I love Tim's , but this location was dirty , slow , rude cashier's and when I looked to pick donuts they were covered in Flys! Just got my coffees and left !

This location is running a tip scam in the drive through. They don't ring up your whole order on the screen so you don't know the total and then they add a fat tip for themselves before passing you the card reader at the window. Most people are too zoned out to notice or care. I've seen this at other fast food places around town this summer so must be a new scam making the rounds. Be wary.

ATTN Motorcyclists: This is the first drive thru I've ever seen her upset that I'm on a motorcycle when they go through it. My money pays just as well and I'd rather not go inside in full gear to try to order, so I'm just going to go literally anywhere else (even the attached Wendy's in the same building). Recommend you stay away.

Stand around while workers walk past looking right at you without even bothering to speak to you like “just one moment please”. Or try to short you your change like you owe them something as a tip line they did you a favour for even handing you your coffee that’s not marked as to what they added in it. For shame tim Hortons, for shame.

I had the shoe leather supreme stack sandwich, they call it the supreme stack. I think it was supposed to bbq brisket with bacon. The brisket was nothing but shoe leather tough gristle. Never again!
If I could give a zero, I absolutely would. They are absolutely rude. Very rude in there and the manager is extremely rude. I had to take my coffee back three times because there was white Floaties in it and then when I got a bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese, it wasn’t even toasted. I wish I would’ve took pictures.
Service is not welcoming they do things a specific way there and do not engage in discussions with unhappy customers so they present a atmosphere that is hard to feel good in just enjoy the food they do have and eat in or take it to go public rest rooms and Wendy's restaurant tables eatery is just on the left hand side breakfast menu only in am

I went through drive thru with my daughter and placed an order for 2 chocolate chip muffins, I got to my destination and noticed they gave blueberry instead so I went back(no biggie). I asked if they were going to throw the muffins in the garbage could I just keep them and I was told no that they needed them and I watched her throw them in the garbage.The cashier argued with me stating(3 times) that she was the one who took my order and that's what I ordered, blueberry.(Up until this time I was friendly) I told her each time that's not what I order so I finally asked to speak to the manager who was very defensive and curt with me. She told me I could either have the chocolate chip muffins or my money back, at this point I was furious because of the way they talked to me so I said I'll just get my money back. Well because it was my daughter who paid for the order I didn't know how she paid so the manager said I'd have to take it in a gift card form which she gave.
Because of the way I was treated I asked for the Corporate office # and she said they didn't have one. She was not friendly and neither one apologized for their mistake. I left and I googled corporate and put in a complaint.
