I had the shoe leather supreme stack sandwich, they call it the supreme stack. I think it was supposed to bbq brisket with bacon. The brisket was nothing but shoe leather tough gristle. Never again!

If I could give a zero, I absolutely would. They are absolutely rude. Very rude in there and the manager is extremely rude. I had to take my coffee back three times because there was white Floaties in it and then when I got a bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese, it wasn’t even toasted. I wish I would’ve took pictures.

If I could give a zero I would.
I went through drive thru with my daughter and placed an order for 2 chocolate chip muffins, I got to my destination and noticed they gave blueberry instead so I went back(no biggie). I asked if they were going to throw the muffins in the garbage could I just keep them and I was told no that they needed them and I watched her throw them in the garbage.The cashier argued with me stating(3 times) that she was the one who took my order and that's what I ordered, blueberry.(Up until this time I was friendly) I told her each time that's not what I order so I finally asked to speak to the manager who was very defensive and curt with me. She told me I could either have the chocolate chip muffins or my money back, at this point I was furious because of the way they talked to me so I said I'll just get my money back. Well because it was my daughter who paid for the order I didn't know how she paid so the manager said I'd have to take it in a gift card form which she gave.
Because of the way I was treated I asked for the Corporate office # and she said they didn't have one. She was not friendly and neither one apologized for their mistake. I left and I googled corporate and put in a complaint.

I just had to spend 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker because the person taking my order barely speaks English. I dont care if you make my food or whatever but if English is not your first language you should NOT be working with customers over a terrible speaker. What a horrible experience

There is a girl I think her name is Manpreeth. She did a really good job when I received service from her. Every time I order an iced coffee with extra almond milk and extra cane syrup, she makes it exactly the way I like. But some others, even when I request extras, don’t listen and just do whatever they want and the taste turns out awful. I gave 5 stars because of Manpreeth. I wish her all the best; she is a valuable asset to your team..

I watched the sandwich lady tell a customer that her sandwich was already made, as the customer has allergies, and possibly religious beliefs. When the customer asked for her gloves to be changed, cause of not knowing what she had touched. The employee who was blonde haired old lady was touching her clothing then touching the food. And then sandwich women complained to another employee about what am I to do about I made her sandwich as it's put on the screen. Where they both laughed it off. This happen 10:30 am ish Saturday May 3rd. Allergies are real, this women who made the sandwich. Should be reminded that when a customer asks for you to change your gloves you do it and you remake the sandwich. Have a wonderful day, Probably not that blonde lady she probably looking for a job Tuesday. No one should be treated like that, in food protocols should be followed. And to the guy who was there fixing the orders while he was trying to stock the fridge, good for him being able to do his job and fix others mistakes.
