I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at your location. On August 7th, I visited around 7 am to purchase a Dragon Fruit Lemonade. Unfortunately, it tasted exactly like plain sparkling water, without any noticeable flavor. On August 8th, I decided to give this location another chance and came for coffee. I ordered a Caramel Toffee Latte and a Boston Cream donut. The employee who took my order was noticeably rude, not only to me but also to other customers. In addition, I was served a regular coffee instead of the caramel latte I ordered, and the donut was stuck to the packaging paper in an unappetizing way. This is unacceptable in terms of both product quality and customer service. I expect a prompt response to this matter and an appropriate resolution.

After I bought a coffee, they told me that I couldn't sit in. This Tim Hortons was closed for sitting, but not to buying. I had to drink my coffee sitting on a curb on parking.

Worst Tim Hortons in the city. Doors locked. Must have a car after supper or no coffee. Every time I try to order any meals they say we don't have any. Dining room closed. Sign says take out only but doors are locked at 700 Thursday night April 10 . once again worst Tim Hortons in the city of saint John NB.
