Appalling Experience at This Tim Hortons Branch
I'm extremely disappointed with my first visit to this Tim Hortons location. The crew was shockingly rude, unfriendly, aggressive, and disrespectful. Despite buying a tea, they demanded I leave immediately, threatening to call the police when I refused. They even took my tea back and forcibly refunded my money. The dining area was closed without explanation. I was treated like a criminal for no reason. Avoid this location at all costs.
They don't open the second cash until the line is out the door. And there's a hornet infestation inside of the building.
