Great experience, they ran out of rice and instead of refusing to make the order the good sir put extra chicken in place of the rice.

Don't even bother stopping here. Didn't have the bread I ordered (pinched croissant) so I said they can make it on a normal croissant. That apparently was an issue and they refused to make my sandwich this way. Unbelievable that you have the things to make my order there but wont do it... every other Tim's does this. Says they are told not to do that. So if thats the case Tim Hortons has gotten worse then ever.

I stopped for supper of everything bagel with garlic spread, medium steep with 1 sugar and 2 creams, and for my wife, plain bagel with butter and medium french vanilla.

We were on the go but preferred to go in-store than use drive through. We got fast and friendly service and I could not help noticing an elderly gentleman enjoying his food.

After a Sunday evening at the beach, I visited this place before heading back to Fredericton. I was very impressed by how well the ladies attending handled the customer rush. They did an excellent job! I'll definitely be coming back. Congratulations to them!

The staff are very kind however the newest manager is not kind not friendly. We’ve witnessed him being rude to the employees when there. Pay attention to your patrons and it wouldn’t hurt to say “hello”.
Often hardly anything in the pastry showcase in the afternoons.
Music sometimes very loud in the late evening - we go to the west side Tim’s now

This is by far the slowest Tims I have ever been to.
Multiple visits and always slow. I get it if there is a long line up, but getting an Icecap should never take close to 5mins.
Recently I was in the drive through for close to 10 mins! When I did finaly make to the window they did not have the food choice I ordered and had to make a quick change, then had to wait and additional few minutes for it to be made.
Terible service and wait times.
