I went to Tim Hortons this morning and did my order which included the Farmers Wrap (sausage) and a Boston Cream donut but noticed on my bill that I didn't get the $5.49 pricing, when I questioned it I couldn't get an answer except that it might be have been due to having it put in as a combo (which should not matter).....this is not first time their offers don't work........very disappointing.

I was in the drive thru this morning and the driver in front of me started to drive away forgetting half of his order, the lady at the window yelled to him to come back when he threw his car in reverse and backed into my car grabbed his food and took off. I told the lady at the window I would be right back to pay and get my order because I needed this guys information. I ended up catching up to him and we exchanged our information so I went back and parked went inside to pay for my order. Upon doing that the lady that was at the window was arguing with me over this man hitting my car she told me 3 times he did NOT hit my car. Which he ABSOLUTELY did hit my car there was minimal damage on my front end and paint transfer on his back end. Completely embarrassed by her ignorance. The accident was none of her businesses and it's not her place to stand behind a counter and call me a liar. I will NEVER go back to this Tim hortons again. What an IGNORANT woman.

Answering the drive thru at 7am is probably a good idea for a place that sells coffee. You’ve been open an hour there’s no need to not answer customers in drive thru and in store.
The drive thru staff are incredible at this site. always friendly and prompt. Food always hot...the egg whites are incredible

The worst Tim in the Canada I’m so sorry to say this at least 4 times a day I come here during my lunch time to order chilli soup every time you guys give me the very hard bread even I can’t bite them such strong bread like stone and something will me missing in the bad either spoon or knife and you guys spoil my day all the time by your bad behaviour.
Coming here is hell please train employees well

Best Tim's in the city they are friendly and they stir there iced coffees before serving so the flavour shot isn't in the bottom !
Very clean and wide selection of options! We will be back. My kids loved the pizza which is not offered across the border.
