I ordered a orange quencher without ice and then she ringed in blackberry quencher which i corected by telling her when i saw in screen and then i got at pickup window she handed me quencher with ice and thn i told her again i did not want any ice in it. Instead of making one all she did was poured out ice and handed half drink in large cup. The attitude she gave me even when i so polite with her is so bad. Working in food and service sector while not knowing the basics!! Check out the camera if you guys don’t believe me as well 10:05 P.M - 10:10 P.M of wednesday(December 10th, 2025).

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding an incident that took place at one of your locations. I ordered an Everything Bagel toasted with butter and herb & garlic cream cheese. Halfway through eating it, I discovered a chunk of meat inside the bagel.
As a Muslim, I strictly avoid non-halal food, and this incident is extremely distressing. This is not a minor matter of quality control; it reflects a severe lapse in food handling standards. In a country where people from diverse faiths and dietary restrictions rely on safe service, such cross-contamination demonstrates either negligence or a complete disregard for customer needs.
This experience has left me deeply concerned about the practices being followed at your restaurants.

I went to the tim Hortons other day, staff is very helpful and nice. Window person I don’t remember her name but she fixed up my mobile app and she made my day with her smile. Very friendly and fast service.
I’m a regular customer. I come here every morning to grab my triple triple steep tea, and I must to say that the time to prepare my order has been reduced to a great extent. I really appreciate the all hard working team, who always deals with me in a perfect manner, eye-contact and with a great smile. I definitely recommend this fast service place to everyone. I love this place because of quick and accurate service. Good luck team !

I went to Tim’s Hortons the other day the staff was very nice and hopefully with my order and the store was very cleaned when I went in.
Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian options I seen on the menu and different types of milks too
Parking: There is alot of free parking in front and on the side of the store
