I mentioned this to another person. And the offender came over and denied everything to my face and then 3 of then carried on in their language laughing at me while I waited for the rest of my order.

The truth was is that the woman behind us smelled really stinky and nobody has a right to take the review down writing this review as the woman it sounds like never she never had a shower in her entire life other people were wondering the same thing we were wondering as they were looking around the store she was wearing her pyjamas pants which was weird.

They charged me and said it did not go through and I showed them it did. Jane the supervisor argued with me and made the horrible experience worse. Her colleague told her to give me my money and she finally did but still continued to argue and after trying to report her so she doesn't do this to anyone else through the app and such they did not care.

I just wanted to tell the entire staff that they are amazing. While getting lunch they were delt with some very belligerent folks. They are probably suffering like many places with lack of staff but are still smiling and upbeat. They are human. Its a reminder to folks to just be kind to one another. ✨️ you never know what someone is going through.

This place is getting worse. The staff are great. But they no longer carry cheese biscuits. Bring them back. Give the staff a raise!
For some reason this restaurant shows closed online after holidays… needs to be fixed.. asked people at the front.. but they always so we don’t know instead of informing manager and get it fixed and also they have no mobile order anymore that’s so inconvenient

I spent a few weeks working in SJ recently.This Tim Hortons was quick every morning and coffee/food served with a smile. I appreciated the friendly and quick service. Keep up the good work Team!!!!

Food is horrible quality here.Ordered 2 crispy chicken bacon ranch wraps. Both were cold, old, dry and not grilled long enough or made/folded properly.Chilli was hot but only half filled and had the consistency of dish water with a mixture of sink drain scraps.
