I come here often and have had GREAT experiences, though I recently moved near the location and came in searching for a job as I have previously worked in a Tim Hortons store and LOVED it. When I asked the person on counter if they had any applications that I could fill out they said “No” and completely walked away from me instead of telling me how I can apply if no paper applications are available in the store.

We go to this tims all the time. They are a lot better than some of the other tims around Saint John. Although at the end of the day it's Tims and you can only expect so much, I couldn't do it, so cheers to the ones who do! Wouldn't be an easy job.

Stop by hear this morning and order a Roast beef craveable But ended up with barely a slice of beef just bread 😳 This is why I no longer go to Timmies for anything! It has changed so much and no one cares about the customers only money and scamming as much they can . I'm done with this location. Disappointing 🙄

We went through the drive thru and wanted muffins they ran out of. The young lady volunteered to cook us some fresh if we wanted to wait. AMAZING !!! She brought them out to our car with a big smile on her face. I have never had someone offer to do that. AMAZING!!! and a big thank you

Constantly getting wrong orders, sometimes you can sit at the speaker waiting for 5 or more minutes. Have to repeat your order multiple times and it ends up still wrong. Very frustrating place

Please teach your girls to be kind and humble to their customers. Being a food store manager I have seen various people working with and under me but I have never seen such customer service. Our drinks weren’t made right and the girl served them very inappropriately. Kindly teach some basic etiquettes and proper ways of treating guests.

My daughter gay the usual double double with vanilla and I had a cold vanilla latte (which I never tried before) and I actually liked it, I enjoyed it very much!
I had breakfast at the Tim's on the corner of Lochlomond and Hickey Roads. The service was excellent thanks to the young lady at the cash. She was very personable and was definitely a ray of sunshine ?.

Hi there I’ve been at this Tim hortons many times from 830 to 10. And every time they can’t serve anything o my thing they have is coffee and a few left over doughnuts. Why is the grill closed so early every night. You don’t lose u til 10. This will be my last trip there.
