The location itself is beautiful, the young lady at the counter was super friendly and cheerful. That said.. the gentleman handling the hot food items was incredibly grumpy, did not say a word to us, and lightly tossed our bag with bagels (after waiting 8-10 mins) without a smile, a word, nothing. Just stares at you and hands the bag. It’s like.. come on? What happened to friendly basic service?
Also, I can’t say I’m a Tim Hortons operational expert, but why have FOUR ladies making drinks/being floaters while ONE person is making all of the hot food especially during a breakfast rush? No wonder the hot food guy was so annoyed.
At $12 for two medium coffees and two hard bagels with not much cream cheese, it’s no longer worth going to Tim Hortons just based on the grumpy vibe.

I went to their drive through 30 mins before closing time (10:30), I wanted a wrap since it was late. These people had shut down their food preparing counters and denied me service. Had to go home with an empty stomach. Beyond devastated.

I went in at 9.08 at this location to get a certain thing to eat, but they said they were not serving it, and I was fine with it. But the person added that they are not serving any food at all and all they are serving is drinks and whatever baked items they were left with. They close the dine-in at 11 and at 9.08 they refused to give any food. That is totally unprofessional and not upto the Tim hortons standards at all.
