Drive thru experience- Just don't put an attitude cashiers if they are not friendly and a hasty staff guy who doesn't care about customers choices doesn't mean you made a wrong order or your order does not count in promo app we customers can't decline and change orders! Coffee and quick meal are stress relievers for a days work, and eventually some of your staff will add up anxiety and stress too.😩 come on work it out please

The Bayside drive Tim Horton's has a cozy atmosphere, superb coffee, and friendly staff. I highly recommend it!

The location itself is beautiful, the young lady at the counter was super friendly and cheerful. That said.. the gentleman handling the hot food items was incredibly grumpy, did not say a word to us, and lightly tossed our bag with bagels (after waiting 8-10 mins) without a smile, a word, nothing. Just stares at you and hands the bag. It’s like.. come on? What happened to friendly basic service?
Also, I can’t say I’m a Tim Hortons operational expert, but why have FOUR ladies making drinks/being floaters while ONE person is making all of the hot food especially during a breakfast rush? No wonder the hot food guy was so annoyed.
At $12 for two medium coffees and two hard bagels with not much cream cheese, it’s no longer worth going to Tim Hortons just based on the grumpy vibe.
