The whole Canadian diner with Indian street food concept is fantastic. Great food. Excellent service. If I could make one suggestion: masala chai is best with brown sugar rather than white.

Quaint and cozy classic diner experience, a staple of uptown. Also looks like the diner from Seinfeld which is a plus.

Didn’t even end up ordering. Staff taking my order were straight up rude especially the lady because I didn’t know how to pronounce something. Also very snarky based of their reply’s to people’s negative experience. Telling their customers they just shot themselves in the foot. Like
It’s been frustrating to wait more than half an hour. Servers keep telling you it will take 1/2 minutes, to extend they are packing while they started or they didn’t even know how long its gonna take. At least, you gonna tell the drivers to most approximate time so that they gonna mentally prepared to wait or cancel for the next one. Terrible experience; first and very last time. Don’t recommend at all. Just lets the folk know. Thank you for your response, but it’s disappointing to see that instead of addressing the situation professionally, you chose to respond with rudeness and inaccuracies. The restaurant was not fully booked, and no one mentioned any issues with the app during my long wait. Clear communication would have resolved this easily. As Uber drivers, we expect honesty and respect, not dismissive remarks. If you truly care about your customers and drivers, it would be better to focus on improving service rather than shifting blame.

Old school diner with a twist. The new owners are Indian, and their additionss to the menu are great! You can get a hot turkey sandwich to a full lunchtime Indian Platter in the same space. What it lacks in decor it more than makes up in food.
Tip: Try the Indian fare as it is well worh it and home style cooking. ")
