Pleasantly surprised ! The shawarma plate was amazing. Very well priced. The owners son was our server and he was just awesome. Very personable and pleasant to deal with. The owner came out and checked to make sure we enjoyed our meals ! We will be back 😊

The food was very flavorful, I had the donair one time and the falafel the second.. no complaints about either. The staff was very friendly. I’ve been back, and I’ll be back!

The place, the food and the service was good. The food was very delicious!

but there was only person to take care of the front store and probably one in the kitchen. It was so hectic for the server to do everything. He tried to manage everything his friends, overwhelming crowd, and getting the food from kitchen. I went there on 28th of August at 4pm and the place was fully packed.

This is my go to restaurant every time I visit SJ for work. I wish there was a Turkish Big Bite in Moncton!

Took 40 mins and we got the wrong order. 4 chicken shawarma with vegetable, we got only one with vegetable and the other 3 were the default cheaper one. So we were overcharged too. Chicken shawarma was very greasy too

We stopped for take out and were told it would take 15-20 minutes for the order to be ready. Unfortunately, the order was ready after 40 minutes and they didn't get the order correct. It shouldn't take 40 minutes to prepare 4 wraps. You should let customers know in advance if there will be a long waiting time for the order. I paid extra for chicken shawarma with vegetables wraps but was given chicken shawarma wraps with fries and pickles. We were driving through St. John to our destination so we didn't expect to be waiting so long for take out. We were not impressed. Maybe service would be better if you dine in. The lady at the front counter seemed friendly.

The quality of the food at Turkish Big Bite is always top notch! Guess what so is their service it is just as good. The made a mistake on our take out order, which I didn’t notice until I got home. I called and the owner replaced our order and personally delivered to us in the valley! I really appreciated the effort just another reason to go back! Thank again!

We visited Turkish Big Bite and absolutely loved it! The food was incredibly flavorful and fresh — every bite was a delight. The portions were generous, the presentation was beautiful, and the service was kind and welcoming. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend
