The staff here go above and beyond in every department! Carol Bastarache, GM, has established an IHG family. Even Drita in the bar/restaurant contributed to the front desk stellar hospitable pros. It’d been more convenient at another property upon our return; however, the ENTIRE front desk staff was remarkable!

Harbourvue Horizon located in the Crown Plaza Hotel in Saint John, NB, was more than satisfying. Excellent meals, all day long. (Thank you, Brad, in the kitchen!) I enjoyed friendly and most welcoming service. A special shout out to Cindy who serves behind the bar and among the tables. She lifted my spirits! All of the staff, made it easy for me to relax on my business trip to New Brunswick. I highly recommend this restaurant and this fine hotel. Can't wait to come back for a holiday!

Went for free breakfast. Ordered off menu but didn’t get what I ordered. Toast was saturated with butter? Bacon was raw and I asked for poached eggs and got fried

The two ladies who helped us are absolutely amazing, and food is delicious. We ordered the special pulled pork sandwich, New York striploin and fried ice cream with strawberry sauce, definitely a nice place for family
