Ordered 2, 12 inch pizzas and 9 inch garlic fingers online at 5:50. Said it would be ready at 6:20. Arrived at 6:15 and they said it would be another five minutes which is Accurate to what the online order said. I waited until 630 and asked if it was ready. They said they forgot to put the order in because it was made online. I went out to my vehicle and came back in at 6:45. The same people I was speaking to not long ago asked if I was there for a pick up. They didn’t remember who I was. Kind of understandable. It’s a Friday and it’s busy. I give them my first and last name. She grabs the order and the other person who says be careful. There’s two people with the same name (first name). She said are you Matthew or Matt? I said my order was placed under Matthew, do both of the orders have the same last name? She looked at me like I was stupid and said no. at this point, what is there to be confused about?The lady that was waiting for her order, burst out laughing. Do better, Vito’s. Do better. I’ve been coming here for almost 40 years. Now, with that said, I arrive home and the pizza is not completely cooked, nor are the garlic fingers. I put them in the Air fryer for an additional five minutes to get them to where they should be. Which just added to the annoyance. I don’t think I’ll be going there anytime soon.

Very disappointing! I was looking forward to a nice italian spaghetti... A whole pile of sauce was dumped on the noodles. It did not look appetizing and tasted like something out of a can.

Ate here twice. Food is wonderfully fresh and flavorful. However the service the second night was horrendous. The server sat us and then completely forgot about us. Had to go find her and remind her. She looked puzzled. What a horrible service experience. Uptown location….

I like food and atmosphere of the place very much, unfortunately the service is very disappointing. Dining there with my friends we were rushed away, the waiter came in the first time when we were still in the process of eating asking if we want it packed up. After getting our desert the waiter waited 2 minutes at most and came back with our receipts without even asking if we were done. I even asked untill what time they were open, and was informed that we still have around two hours. I was very surprised, because they were always great to us on past occasions, and I really hope that they were having a bad day. This also made me question whether we were personally disliked or something, since one of us has a disability. I honestly don't know what to think, but we just feel hesitant to come back there again.
