I just got the Wendy's app and I received an email that I was able to get a free 6 piece chicken nuggets. So I went in to get them, and the lady said I have to buy something in order to get the free 6 piece chicken nuggets. In the email, it also said I would receive 150 bonus points.

Frosty was way too liquidity. Cashier seemed out of it, or really low IQ. Tables were wet but not dried so we got wet. I hadn't been to Wendy's in a long time and I think it might stay that way.

We got the advertised Krabby Patty burger. We should’ve taken it back on sight, it didn’t look anything like advertised and tasted identical to every other burger they have there, just with a watery sauce. Wendy’s used to be my fav fast food chain but this was frankly insulting and a great excuse to find other places to eat for the future.

Wendy’s is by far my favourite fast food restaurant when I go to fast food restaurants.
This place is good, the staff are helpful and friendly. The food is what you would expect for a fantastic Wendy’s restaurant. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a fast food place.
Worst baconator I've ever had. Almost no sauce and the bacon is hard as plastic! Almost broke a tooth trying to chew it.

I'm amazed with the service at the drive thru, this lady Kathy was so sweet and patient. And the food was really well served and looked and tasted amazing. Everyone was so nice.

As we pulled into the drive thru we knew we were gonna be "one of those customers". We ordered supper for 6 of us. Yup we were fussy... no tomato this, no lettuce that, cheese and chili on the side etc... the lady on the speaker was patient and amazing. She definately knew her stuff. We pull up to the window and they promptly take our money and before we knew it our stuff was ready. The staff were patient while i checked every bag to make sure it was all there because we had a 45 minute drive home... and it was!!! Food was prepared just as we asked, tasted as we expected it to and was exatly what we wanted. We could not have gotten a better fast food experience anywhere. Tip of the hat to excellent staff who did their job well and bonus for the napkins, ketchup and utensils that we forgot to mention actually being in the bag. Great job, the store owner should be proud!!!
