This Wendy’s is excellent! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is quick and friendly. The staff are welcoming and attentive, making every visit a pleasant experience. The restaurant is most of the time clean and well-maintained, and orders are always accurate. This Wendy’s location for great food and great service and knky to take care few cleanliness matters.

Got served a burger that looked like the bun had been dipped in the fryer a couple of times. Took it back up to the counter and asked for a new one. The cook took one look at it and said there's nothing wrong with that; it's just really fresh! I said I guess that's too fresh for me then, and then I asked for a full refund. They really didn't want to make a new burger. Shame because I was really hungry. I'll never be going back.

Won’t remake your order when they fail to make it properly. When I called to get my order fixed as I was heading to work they told me “the burger person said it was made right so we can’t remake it.”

Typical Wendy's but when there is a particular staff member there, one of their full timers...you everything's gunna be fine. Order correct and well made. Don't know why it's when he's there, but he should be given Wendy's hand in marriage and 50% of the company. Best Wendy's in Saint John.

Wendy's can't step up their game, cold ass burgs, fountain pop typically flat.
Update: Orders are more inconsistent.
