Fresh ingredients, no doubt. However, the 6 items one can add to your choice of main salad are minuscule and you'll need a magnifying 🔍 glass to find them. I'm talking barely a tablespoon per ingredient. And don't bother with the 3 shrimp 🦐 add-on. These guys were SO small that they give shrimp a bad name.

Was served a “grilled panini” that was cooked in an air fryer on a stale hamburger bun. It was literally inedible, to the point where I was worried the bread would slice up my gums from being so hard and flaky if I took a bite. Lady working told us it was because her grill was broken - maybe just stop serving grilled paninis (key word is grilled!) at that point dude. Don’t waste ur time.

The salad bar is fresh and varied and they have a delicious poke bowl. Also some pretty good soups and crab rangoons and the wraps are huge.
You can definitely find something you’ll like.

The staff is so friendly, food delicious and prices reasonable. They have spaghetti now, build your own ingredients and it is to die for! Less than $10.

I bought a can of pop from here today for $2.00 and when I said I was paying with credit the woman let out a huge sigh and was visibly mad.

The food is good when you can get the staff to acknowledge you. The last two times I've gone, I've stood at the counter (as the only customer) and have had the employees look at me and then not even acknowledge that I'm there. I get if you're busy not being able to immediately greet a customer, but this was 4+ minutes of standing there watching an employee on his phone, and one doing dishes. A simple smile and "we'll be right with you" would have been nice. It seemed they both didn't know who was supposed to be taking orders so assumed the other would do it. Doesn't seem to be great communication between staff members. Probably won't be going back, no matter how good the food is.
Editing to add that I did not get what I wanted because they were out of rice for the day. A note could have been posted on the counter, which could have saved me a long wait and a bad review.

Stopped in driving through Saint John got a club curry chicken wrap phenomenal...better and cheaper than fast food. Friendly server. Will definitely be back. Love the market.

My wife has gotten sick off everything she's tried so be very cautious and preferably avoid if you have food allergies and sensitivities

The food is absolutely delicious and healthy!!!! My husband who dislikes healthy food loved the parmesan chicken wrap with spinach. I loved the tomato and squash soup and they gluten free carrot cake was delicious!!
