Ordered online. Waited 1.5 hours with regularly trying to follow up with no response, and at the end the driver said they’re not working in your order anymore even though the restaurant closes at 12am. We’ve been hungry since 1.5 hours and they don’t even have the audacity to pick up our call and give us an update. Very disappointing customer service.

The Pad Thai was very saucy, with an acidic tamarind and ginger flavour and a boiled egg on the side instead of fried in the wok and mixed in. It didn't have the peanut flavour I was looking for; maybe it's based on a different region than the way I prefer it.
Friendliest staff, food is always good and consistent. It may be a chain restaurant but feels more like a small business because of the staff.

Did not like the taste of their food at all.. We paid almost $60 for our meal, wasnt worth it at all. We had the filipino beef adobo and Pad Thai.. It tasted very odd! no like a usual adobo ( too much vinegar maybe) and pad thai ( weird spice that couldnt figure out what it was! Disapointed for our first time and wont waste money there again.

Food was mediocre -- chicken tasted like air fried nuggets tossed in bottled sauce. Pho noodles tasted like instant broth. Service was mediocre too. Won't let you charge in their power outlets. But they do have a nice bathroom.

Very close to Thai Express in food quality and quantity. Not super impressive, ok taste. I'd still be willing to try again, but feels like a very bland, Americanized version of what is traditionally very tasty cuisine.

I am extremely disappointed. Please give me a call or an email if you have any questions. We arrived there and were greeted by an Indian cashier. I told her I wanted Sumo size Dan Dan combo and Kung Pao with extra protein. Before I even continued speaking. She interrupted me and say they have a 25% off promo for pickup. I said “we’re good”. They she said “it’s 25% are you sure?”. I said “We wanted to dine-in please”, then she kept repeating the same question. I assumed she wanted us to order online, treated the order as a pickup, then eat it there in the restaurant anyway. I said sure, then I went to my phone, placed the order. Then waited for almost 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, we opened the sumo boxes and had our supper. The same girl ran to us and said we need to get out. I told her but you told us to order online and eat here. Why couldn’t we. Then the chef ran to us and said we need to leave or he will call the police. I said we were told we could do it. Then the chef called the police and pulled out my personal info from the online order. Even though the police didn’t show up, but listen. This experience is disgusting. You need to have your employee trained properly and not to call the police before having proper conversation with us. I understand that they might already put me on the blacklist of the restaurant. Well! I will never return to the restaurant again!!! However, I’m open to further conversation with your upper management to investigate the matter and I am happy to provide further advice to prevent this to happen on other customers again
