When I go to or stop on my summer and winter vacations from Atholville, I stop there often. I often have their famous bacon grilled cheese and every time it is always impeccably done. The staff is smiling and warm, they speak French and English very well. The interior can sometimes be empty, so calm is often present.
Parking: There are some around. And even if it's not enough, people often order takeout, so it's easier.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance door is on the ground. You have to take the outside door to get in.

My mother left her sunglasses at this location on a road trip and wasn’t able to return until she was on her way back a week later. She didn’t call because she figured they were lost for good. Upon her arrival to see if they were there, she was warmly greeted by a young man there who proudly handed over her sunglasses and told her that “nothing is more important than our customers!”. My mom was so thrilled and shocked at his kindness and the fact that they held on to her prescription sunglasses without her even calling about them for over a week, that she asked me to leave a kind review on her behalf. Bravo to this Tim Hortons location for the excellent customer service and thank you!
