It is 11 PM today Lahcen is the employee who was working on Night Shift and sweeping. one customer came at the window. He made his coffee without washing his hands. He took my order and I asked him to wash hands before making my coffee. He start arguing with me. He show me that he don’t care about a customer when I ask him to be polite he ignored me and put my coffee on table with a rude behavior. I wish I can complain about him too any of his manager or supervisor. One star for his service and behaviour

This girl with a very attitude works at tim .I told her that I am doing enough triple triple but she did double double and after that she is telling me that you did not say triple triple but double double enough and her behavior was also not good. He didn't have a name plate on him. She had headphones on and she wasn't an Indian girl, she was a white girl.and no mention 3*3 my up and nobody call me just leave my cup in service window

Needs more employees, drove 5hrs thru Quebec and asked for a lrg steeped tea and was given coffee. The service was unsatisfactory!

We waited 25 minutes for 3 orders, A large iced cappuccino, scrambled egg and bacon, and wrapped bacon. They served other customers while we waited there for 5-10 more minutes for the iced cappuccino. Horrible service, rude employees, this is my first time leaving a bad review on a restaurant.

Tim Hortons never disappoints! The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the coffee is always fresh. I love how clean and organized the place is, and the atmosphere is welcoming whether you’re grabbing something to go or sitting down for a quick break.
Special shoutout to the team at this location — they’re always polite and hardworking. It’s clear they care about the customers. My orders are accurate, the food tastes great, and it’s a place I always come back to. Highly recommend!

I need a reply from store manager about this behaviour. We had worst experience at the location. Rude and Racist behaviour! The night shift worker at the location threw coffee in a bin in front of us so frustrated when at the first place he wasn’t clear about the order he is taking. Secondly, he made worst coffee possible to show his anger, its not like he owned that tim hortons, he is only worker and when i asked he did’t revealed his name, and had an even audacity to laugh at us. We were still so respectful but then when i went to order again, that person kept us waiting until another girl came to assist us( this whole thing happened on 1st july 2025 around 3 am), CLEARLY RACIST BEHAVIOUR. I need store manager’s reply on this or i know well how to complaint to the main branch. I need solution or reply on this comment asap.
