Dec 2, 2024 update: I ordered a medium half Coffee half French vanilla. I got a medium coffee. I ordered a S.E.L.T (b.e.l.t but with sausage). I got a B.e.l.t.
I'm done lol this place is hopeless.

October 2024: I bought and paid for chicken strips, yet I got 2 nuggets and 1 strip. This is the 4th time it's happened. This place is brutal. Charge you full price for a half a strip.

Every other location gives you a dip for chicken strip, this establishment owes me 5 different dips for every time I've bought strips and haven't received a single sauce.

Poor customer service Punjabi lady horrible attitude at drive true we said thank you she looked at us in face with serious look Allot of locals are complaining about this type of service …today was our turn we felt not welcome she needs to learn we as Canadians in our area are known to be kind and nice if she can’t say welcome or be nice to customers it’s not a place to work with customer service …Tim Hortons need to step up and train the foreigners how to greet customers ..

Attempted to get food after waiting for a couple of minutes inside. To the point I wondered if there was anyone even there. Couldn't do pizza for reasons I couldn't understand she spoke softly, so I said no problem, I'll just get some donuts. While I'm mid sentence, she just turns around and walks away. Where I come from, you dont disrespect paying customers like that. Especially customers coming in and buying the food you're likely going to throw out as closing wasn't far away. I just walked away. I left your business hungry and with all the money I came in with. Do you not understand how the food industry works? Do you not want to sell the food you have on your shelves? Here's a pro tip seeing as you clearly need it. DO NOT TURN YOUR BACK AND WALK AWAY FROM A CUSTOMER MID SENTENCE. I wouldn't waste your time here.

Horrible management. Guys clearly got a power complex or something. Staff look like they are beaten dogs and his tone and attitude is absolutely garbage. Tim hortons, if your seeing this then let him go. Your going to run through people and lose any positive customer experience you have left.

Busy spot. Great service from Tim Horton's staff and the convenience store's. Can't really give much stars to the Food as with any kind of fast food, it is overall disgusting, unhealthy, over salted and saturated with fillers and fat.

Parking: As usual, vehicles, pedestrian, gas pump all share the same area. How convenient and safe is it?
