I ordered a muffin with egg and cheese, and when I went to the pick-up window, I politely asked if I could get some tomato ketchup. The staff member at the window, who I believe he was a supervisor, responded in an unprofessional manner by telling me that I should have asked for it when placing the order. I was very disappointed with the way he spoke, as this is not the kind of customer service one would expect from Tim Hortons. It makes me question how someone with that attitude was hired, especially in a role that requires interacting with customers. On top of that, I’ve noticed that especially in the early mornings, nobody even says “thank you” after taking the order, which feels very unfriendly and unwelcoming.
People don't have joy, Well, it seems... Please smile a little, customer service is not a myth.. Long service (I don't know if that was the composition of the team)... We forgot our croissant heated in the microwave.. And ignoring customers doesn't make your problem go away. The food remains good tho
