Haven't eaten fast food in years, but was travelling & my daughter recommended A&W for their healthy food. And the food looked much like the photo! Loved the condiments & cleanup at back of store, and the staff were very nice. Was impressed! Would have rated atmosphere higher, but there was loads of garbage way behind the store that obviously isn't picked up - people are so grubby, but it was so gross & doesn't look good for A&W.

The dining room opens at 6:00 a.m. It says right on the door. I'm standing at the door and they can see me. It's quarter after 6:00 I thought maybe they just needed a moment. Then they started serving the drive-thru. They don't seem interested in opening up the dining room or even acknowledging my presence.

3 piece Chicken strip meal for 13.99. chicken strips barely bigger than chicken nuggets. Fried were soggy and bag was only half full. You lost me when I asked about the size and your employees laughed at me.
