Someones waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes, after going through the drive through, and her ice cream melted all over in her car. Because of that everything was slow inside, and the atmosphere was tense. The food was good though. Regular DQ.

Absolutely awful service , sat there for 1.5 waiting for order , even went in building to ask how long it would take , they said “ we will bring it out soon soon “ the lady said , well 37 minutes go by and it still seems to me I have no food . I’m still currently waiting. This is NOT okay .

I order a small vanilla milkshake with whipped cream, and first of all put more whipped cream. Second 99% of the time there's chunks of random stuff in my milkshake. Like clean the blender people if I wanted an Oreo milkshake I'd order one.

I know it's an ice cream shop but could you put the heat on so customers can stay and eat during the winter months. Took our meal out to our car. $16.99 2 can dine chicken strip meal doesn't even come with a drink. Asked for a cup to get water from the machine 1. disgusting taste, poured it out, 2. When sitting in my car to eat in warmth, I looked at the receipt and notice a $0.35 charge for the empty cup. Talk about nickle and dimeing people to death.

On January 10th I placed a mobile order like I’ve done many times at other locations. When my wife gets to this location she’s told they don’t have my order that I placed 20 minutes prior. They ask her to park and they’ll bring it to her when it’s ready. She waits 5 minutes then goes back around and they still claim they don’t have our order. She’s then told by what we presume to be the manager to reorder as the order was glitched and it would be refunded. Obviously she leaves and goes to a better place. 30 minutes later I check the app and it shows the order was completed BEFORE my wife left the DQ. The crew stole our food and the restaurant is trying to scam us out of the money.

Do not come here. Unless you want to have to file chargebacks like I have to

I stopped at this fast food restaurant on the way to Moncton. I received a very warm welcome. The food was excellent and above all the place was very clean. It’s pretty rare these days that you can say something like that about a fast food restaurant. But this one is really well maintained. I would return without hesitation.

Service in today’s society is dwindling down to very poor attitude! Do they not learn anything in school anymore?!

I ordered a mini blizzard and because it was different (banana and pineapple) they wanted to charge me over $8.00!!! That’s right, that’s for a mini and not even a small one!!! So I said “I don’t think so” to which the kid then replied “then goodbye”!
