I hate making poor reviews as this is a miss on me also as I should have asked for a receipt. We have gone here a few times and we know it is student’s working so we are very understanding, but today the service was not great, the girl started our order and then just walked away and the young man took over, I am not sure what they charged me but I ordered a cheeseburger with poutine ( which I did not get, we got regular fries so $3 I am guessing down the drain) looking back now the price I paid does not add up but again on me for not questioning it. I hope the kids get some extra training as they seemed a bit out of sorts and unsure of the cash process. The food we received was good however so bonus there!

Fantastic service! I went there today with my Dad and Uncle. My Dad has dementia and he was having an active day! The lady who served us was lovely ! She brought the food right to the table (with ketchup in the little cups), as she could tell I couldn’t get up because my dad was trying to leave the booth. She also asked me my name for the order, and continued to call me by my name , which was so nice ! We all really enjoyed our meal! Cute little spot ! Will be back

They have without question the best chicken in the country. If you don't agree you don't have taste buds lol. Prices are a little high on some menu items but overall I give it an A+.

After horrible service a few months ago where they refused to rectify their mistake (mistakes happen, but no resolution) we decided to try again. Showed up 40 mins before closing and were told they were not willing to take any chicken out to cook. Why are you even open then?! We will not be returning, which I hate to say as we very much like to support local.

I'm a regular at K&B great food, but tonight's experience was awful. I ordered 2 chicken dinner and a piece of fish. When I got home I couldn't believe it,one of my chicken dinner had no chicken just fries,roll and coleslaw. I can see forgetting the slaw or roll but how do you forget the chicken. So I called and they ask if I wanted to go get it , off I go spend more money in gas and I get there she just give me 3 piece of chicken. No apology, no fries nothing. I ask for more fries obviously mine would be cold by the time I drive all the way back to riverview. I got more fries but couldn't believe I had to ask. Bad bad customer service and make sure you check your order. Not happy at all.
