The Salisbury Big Stop ironically called the Silver Fox for those who know. A very busy yet fast service restaurant. The food has always been good, fast service, reasonably priced. Sorry no pics of food this time but I had a hot hamburger platter. It was very good.
Definitely recommend this place if you are travelling from Fredericton to Moncton check it out.

Great restaurant at the truck stop. Mix of locals and truckers there. Food was excellent, and came quickly, which is essential for truckers. Gluten free options are available.

This is a regular stop on our road trips. Clean restaurant, efficient service, great comfort food and baked goods.

We stopped for lunch on our way home from PEI and even though the restaurant was packed it was very civilized. The food was really good, not in the sense of gourmet nonsense but rather in the sense of a good wholesome meal. The staff was skilled and just friendly enough.

My husband n I went for lunch yesterday October 24th to celebrate our 55th anniversary. It was a great expense,$70 n terrible food , baked potatoes so overcooked n hard we couldn’t even get them out of skins reordered they were softer but quite evident they weren’t baked yesterday then we ordered pie for dessert both had the crust separated from the filling n both so soggy n wet on bottom we couldn’t it them they were disgusting n at $6.69 a piece it would have been nice to have fresh pie!! As far as service it wasn’t great either! What a disappointment needless to say we won’t stop there again anytime soon 😢
