We stopped for lunch on our way home from PEI and even though the restaurant was packed it was very civilized. The food was really good, not in the sense of gourmet nonsense but rather in the sense of a good wholesome meal. The staff was skilled and just friendly enough.
I've been to a few big stops and sat down to eat in the restaurant.
I have to say this one was the fastest, and one of the best for customer service. My partner got a chicken strip and fries dish. The chicken was quite hard, she asked for it to be replaced.
The supervisor came over, checked and said, yes that's way too hard we'll remake it for you.
They remade it, got her more fries, and gave her a dessert.
