I came in September 7th around 8:10pm and this man was working I am assuming English not his first language and/or maybe he was new, but he did an amazing job and made a great sub, great communication and was very kind ! didn’t catch his name but left him a tip. There was another woman working though she was shorter and has short hair and a hat and her name tag on her hat which I didn’t see clearly but she was VERY rude to the young man making my sub. I’ve never seen someone speak which such disrespect in a workplace to a coworker. He had asked her where something was but she was across the restaurant putting away chairs so I’m assuming he couldn’t hear her well (I couldn’t either she was very quiet) until she started yelling at the worker making my sub with seemingly no regard for the 3 other customers in the restaurant, and name calling under her breath until she ended up going to the back to get closer just to yell some more at him, he stayed quiet. There were a few customers in the restaurant with me who looked just as shocked. Definitely not good for business or keeping employees and I would never support a business who lets their workers be treated that way by other workers. Disgusting and she deserves to be fired.

Two of the staff didnt speak any English apart from pre rehearsed lines. My sub only had veggies on one side of it an despite there being 3 staff took 10 mins to make in a line of of 3 people…. Kuddo to the younger guy with the Mullet doing 90% of the work an only customer service. Most brutal location

They are so stingy when it comes to filling your sub compared to other locations in Moncton. Even when you ask for extra veggies they add as little as possible, and hardly any sauce. You need to ask for extras of everything to get it to equal a regular serving from anywhere else.

The worse subway I ever entered. 6 inch subs chicken terraki was smaller then a wrap. Wow. Not impressed at all. Barely any vegetables or the chicken itself. Pathetic service. Never ever will I ever stop there again!!!! And my partner had a turkey sub six inch as well. Same thing with hers. Both meal deals. Wasted our hard earn money on that. WOW!!!
It’s not a value for money , customer is paying them and you have to put value for money , small portion of meat in two foot longs , even I have had to pay extra for meat .

We grabbed lunch here on our way through, I am celiac and must be careful of cross contamination, every other location takes this very seriously, however, this location clearly did not! I requested the gluten free bread the sun artist changed his gloves but that is all he did not wipe anything down (company standard) he grabbed other items with his gloves while making my sub, set my sub on the counter where they had just finished making subs containing gluten/wheat. Then when I told him that he needs to be more careful as cross contamination is a big deal for some one with celiac/wheat allergies, the responded with “I was just moving your sub it’s fine” in a snarky voice. Horrible service and total disregard for health issues. I do not recommend this location.
