We grabbed lunch here on our way through, I am celiac and must be careful of cross contamination, every other location takes this very seriously, however, this location clearly did not! I requested the gluten free bread the sun artist changed his gloves but that is all he did not wipe anything down (company standard) he grabbed other items with his gloves while making my sub, set my sub on the counter where they had just finished making subs containing gluten/wheat. Then when I told him that he needs to be more careful as cross contamination is a big deal for some one with celiac/wheat allergies, the responded with “I was just moving your sub it’s fine” in a snarky voice. Horrible service and total disregard for health issues. I do not recommend this location.

This Subway is fantastic. All the ingredients are super fresh and the store is super clean. Nearby Subways in Moncton aren't even close to this location and could take notes. Ignore the negative reviews from whiners. This store is A+++.

Terrible ServiceOrdered 3 subs sandwiches online inside the restaurant 25feet from the counter. I told them what I wanted on each sub and that I want the sauce on the side for all 3 subs. First sub had half a bottle of mayonnaise in the sandwich. I told the server I didn’t want all that mayonnaise that’s why I said to put it on the side. He took off the meat with the mayonnaise and threw it in the garbage and started again on the same sandwich. The next 2 subs had cheese on them but I didn’t want any cheese because I’m allergic to dairy products. The two subs also add the same toppings the were supposed to be only on the third sub. I didn’t ask for Black olives, banana peppers, spinach, cucumbers and pickles for rotisserie chicken sub. I had to throw it away. A third sub was the only sub that was made correctly but they put the wrong sauce on the side than what I requested. They gave me plain mustard and I had asked for smoked honey mustard. When I confronted the server about the mistakes, she was more worried about me standing 25 feet away from the counter near a half wall. She told me that I should have stood on the other side of the half wall. I lost it! Good

Worst subway location to go to....never gonna recommend anyone...simply put, not enough veggies, nor cheese nor meat, not even enough to cover a bun...Big fan of subways but this location is 1/10..

Stopped in today for a sub, but should have stopped in Moncton. There is absolutely no way that my bread was baked fresh today. It was so dry. Subway always has the freshest sub buns, however, when I ordered my regular one today with herbs, I might as well have got it toasted, it was so crusty (which I do not prefer).I also found one of the staff members seemed to be rushing me, . She was asking if I was getting a meal, how I was paying, etc, while the other one was still asking me what I wanted on my sub. I felt like saying I will pay you when I'm finished picking out my toppings & make it over to the cash register.So frustrating !

We got subway today at the Salisbury fredericton road location and while the wrap I got was good and the meatball sub my boyfriend got was good too, the cookies on the other hand weren't cooked all the way through...they were raw in the middle so disgusting.

Asked for a foot long steak sub. She put 2 small scoops on it not even covering the bun. I asked if I could get a little more to cover it and she said extra cost. What another charge when paying at least $15 bucks for it and can't even cover the sandwich I'm ordering. WTF.

Service wasnt the greatest and deffently not enough meat on the sub (had to pay extra for a good amount) soft drink machine was down so i couldnt get what i wanted, honestly the only good thing about my experience was the cookies

WE used to go in there a lot but that all ended with our first complaint. They come out with a chicken breast sandwich a month or two ago. My wife drove up there to pick up 2 chicken sandwiches for our supper. She asked for them to be cooked FRESH. They were ready immediately, not really long enough to cook fresh. When she got home {we live about a mile away} the chicken was tough and we could not eat it, too chewy. I personally felt that the chicken was NUKED.I filed a complaint online expecting an apology firstly and then expected an offer to replace the chicken sandwiches which was the proper thing to do if your customer is unhappy. Her comment was that the chicken was not NUKED but no real apology, just Sorry. There was no offer to replace the sandwiches so I replied again and told them what I thought. It didn't matter ,they did apologize and ended with no offer to please me as a customer, just commented they hoped to see us again at the Subway location. I am in my 70's and am a professional and this is the first time on a complaint that I wasn't met with an offer to MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I have told all my friends about this incident and many, like me will NEVER go back. It was not the money as much as principle and fairness.
