Typical Tim Hortons with respect to the level of cleanliness is sub-par and should be addressed. The selection of donuts was minimal, and our beverage order was wrong, which we only discovered once along the road. The best thing that could happen to this franchise for Canadians would be for a competitor to replace the entire chain of fast food take outs
Disgusted by the hours being wrong until u make a complaint at 1130 at the night. And they leave all the lights on and drive thru lit up and google said 12 until I called and made a complaint. then they change hours after being confronted. disgusted with my cold burnt coffee. 2 weeks ago. Disgusted by the breakfast sandwich n found an ant on my food in 2023. Don’t comment making excuses saying you will try to make up for it because i will NEVER RETURN.
35mins in the drive thru on a Sunday afternoon for an iced coffee and 2 muffins.
Not one to write reviews usually, but waiting 25 mins in drive thru in the morning is highly unacceptable, and not having menu items ready before 6 am when people are on the way to work, on the weekends your waiting 45 plus minutes, on a good day maybe half a hour. Staff attitude is also something else to be desired, something needs to be done here by management to speed up efficiency and the attitude of staff In a more positive direction.
Very long time for order. They didn’t know how to match chai tea latte, really disappointed.
Cashier bad attitude
I have to say the cashier had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in good service!like as if I was annoying her by getting something to drink.i said hi how are you and she glared me down and said nothing I though hmm she didn’t hear me so I repeated my self and she shrugged .she didn’t even ask me what I wanted I had to ask her for it.she didn’t even tell me price or anything just kinda stood there n hit debit after I told her how I wanted to pay.she just sat my stuff on ledge n walked away !I said to other girl sheesh what’s wrong with her and she said the girl had stuff going on outside work..seriously don’t bring ur crap to ur job and learn to be nice to customers.thank you to the other girl tho she was sweet!
They are toooo slow
Went through the drive thru ordered , got to the window they couldn't make our sandwiches because only one person worked and didn't do there job and all the buns were frozen offered it on a smaller bun at the same price... then we had to change our order and they still couldn't make that . . Why don't people do there jobs treat the customer with respect and stop making excuses 😤
While traveling early in the morning, I stopped to pick up a farmer's wrap. After placing my order and paying for it, the employee informed me that the eggs weren't ready and they wouldn't be ready for at least 10 minutes. I asked for a refund as I had to get back on the road, the employee ensured me they'd rush to get it made. While waiting, I heard the baker make a comment about how inconsiderate it was of someone to "make a complicated order before 5 am." While I understand these employees had probably been working all night, rude comments are not needed.

I ordered the Bacon Everything Pizza for my daughter and I, and we were both amazed at how great it tasted. I will be buying it again and again for sure!
We also ordered one of the hot breakfast sandwiches with egg, cheese, bacon, and sausage all on an English muffin with a hashbrown cooked just right . It was so good that I will likely buy from them more often now than another certain chain restaurant that makes similar products. Then we topped it off with a terrific cup of coffee.

The staff very good
The worker's were nice but the toilets were disgusting and the soap wasn't even refilled.
Parking: There's about twenty parking slots but it's not busy so there's plenty of parking
