The girl that served us was not wearing hairnet, was exceptionally rude and made our drinks wrong. Coming from Tim Hortons employee, my vanilla iced latte was not whipped and way too bright and there was no vanilla. I asked for less vanilla, not no vanilla. The iced coffee I bought for my companion was iceless and lukewarm. There was another woman whose lunch was lost and she was there for at least 15 minutes. Do better.

One thing to be seen is that an older man comes, he stares at older women and waits for 15 to 20 minutes of waiting for mobile ordering, turn it off this not park is this business

Everytime I've been here my food sucked, the service is probably the slowest of any Tim's I've gone to and I gave it a 2 star for atmosphere because theres only 1 plug option in the wall.

Saw the person finish order as we walked in, waited 9 min to be served despite being only one in line. Ordered 3 coffees not one had sugar in it, 1 belt thrown together messy and mayo all over the place and no napkins even given in bag. Even the bagel with cream cheese we got was made poorly. I frequent tim hortons regularly and often. No longer will I attend this one, I would rather drive 20 min out of my way to go to a different one then stopping there now. 0600 by the time served, 8 people that could be seen behind the counter including 1 baker stocking, and still severely poor service and professionalism. Not much worse then ruining your first coffee of the day to the point I won't drink it and have to go to another tim hortons

Probably the most disorganised Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I can see 10 people working and no clear roles, everyone doing everything and getting in everyone's way. Staff are frustrated and the slowest queue I've ever been in. Please sort this out, corporate!

you should give leave for at least 1 month then back to work
