What I love most is the welcoming atmosphere — it’s casual yet warm, and the staff always make you feel at ease. Whether you’re here with friends, family, or even just by yourself, it’s the kind of place where you can relax and enjoy every bite.
For anyone craving Filipino food or just looking for a spot with good food and good vibes, I highly recommend this place. It’s no wonder I keep coming back.

It was my first time visiting this place, and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We waited for about 15 minutes as there were no tables available, so reservations are recommended if you’re coming with a group. We ordered Pata, Lomi, and a sizzling dish. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed it. We’ll definitely visit again!

Best fried chicken we've had in years! The tofu dish was delicious-- we practically licked the plate clean. Rice noodle and veg combo also really good. Excellent service, really friendly folks and you have GOT to try the Ube (purple yam) cake. Omg amazing. Light and fluffy, not quite coconut, sorta vanilla, many layers of the yummiest thing ever! Looks heavy and filling, but is exact opposite and perfect end to a delightful meal. Definitely looking forward to many more!

I moved to Canada from the Philippines in 2015. Since then, I have tried numerous Filipino restaurants in Canada - most of them were okay to good.
But this place is hands down the best I've had since I left home 10 years ago. The staff are warm and welcoming, and I feel transported back to the Philippines when I stepped in. The food tastes exactly as it does back home.

This is one of the best places in New Brunswick.
The atmosphere is great.
The staff were all phenomenal and friendly.
The food was fantastic.
The place was busy when we went but there was not a noticeable wait time for anything.
If you are anywhere near Shediac you should definitely try it out.

Love this place..especially the Halo-halo❤️
Kainan is known for its warm hospitality and generous, family-style servings. The menu features Filipino favorites like pork sisig, tapsilog, tosilog, and halo-halo, alongside options such as Chinese-style noodles, stir-fried vegetables, and hearty Western breakfast plates. Everything is made fresh to order, and the restaurant has earned rave reviews for both its food and service.
