Felt like an old boring diner. No ambiance.
Tap not attached to the sink in the men’s dirty bathroom and no toilet paper in the women’s.
1 server on a busy day. Makes for a pretty bleak experience for everyone. Lots of people got up and left.

Fish and chips were okay. Everything else, not good.

The place is good but too much flies, no music is playing so all
tables could hear what they speak about, need napkins. That one towel got dirty the first 10 min from scallops..
Food, sea food amazing 👏
Steaks were raw half way even tho I asked for "well done" and it's $36 and it was not 7oz steak, I weighted it unfortunately. Pouting had a bowl of fries and 3 small pieces of cheese.. in poutine...
Salmon had a piece of hair like that..

My experience here was OK. We were seated quickly (we sat outside). It's a decent location right on main Street so a good spot to watch the hustle and bustle as you dine. Our server was friendly but did not seem organized. He took the drink menu off the table when we sat down and so we asked for it back. We placed our order and got drinks quickly. Asked for a 16oz raddler and he brought a 20oz instead, to be fair he apologized for that and only charge us for the 16oz. The menu options are good, but nothing unique compared to other restaurants in the area, I'd call it "typical" pub food. We got escargot to share for our appetizer, it was good but heavy on the garlic. Our mains took a long time, over 1 hour before we got them. I had the Salmon wellington, the sauce was good but otherwise the dish lacked flavour and was under seasoned. My partner had the chicken linguine, the pasta was al dente, chicken and sauce were good but unimpressive. Portion sizes were great for the price. Our server only checked on us once and we had to ask for our bill after 15 mins of waiting after our meal. Overall I'd say it was an underwhelming experience. A place to fill your belly but not recommended if you're looking for flavour.

Best seafood to eat this place. We all loved the food here but service is very poor.
Many beers were out of stock.
If you just love food, can ignore these issues.

Such fabulous service! Every person we made contact with was so kind, inviting and helpful with gluten free options! I went with a lobster poutine and ohhh dear god, no regrets!!!! So delish! My mom who is gluten free had the chowder and she said hands down the best chowder she has had!
Truly a great experience! Thank you!

Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options!!!!

Stopped to eat as we were driving by and thought it would be a good place to eat. Took 20 minutes to get water after ordering. Over and hr after ordering with numerous people coming after us and getting there food. Waited another 15 min and left. Went to the fisherman just down the road. Prices were half ... service was 10 times better. Owner commented that we didn't pay for our drink. My daughter did get a glass of lemonade but after almost an hr and a half of our time wasted and waiting to see a staff member ... we chose to leave ... we were starving and just wanted food. You would think an owner would try to apologize for how slack the place was and how much time was wasted rather than point out that 1 glass of lemonade was not paid for. It's a problem with the restaurant... not the customers. Look at the reviews and judge for yourself. The fisherman was much busier with great food and had our meal in front of us within a half hr from us walking in the door.
