We had a visitor from France and thought it would be a treat to take them to this restaurant. It was a big disappointment. This was our first (and last) time going. There was only one person doing the cooking, serving and cashing out. They said it was because it wasn't busy. I wonder why. “The best meal I have had in years. The chef was excellent and visited our table. Eric our server helped us make all the right choices. We went with the table d'hote - escargots, haddock and moellers chocolate. 5 stars.”
So sorry that we only found Petit Paris on our last night in Shediac. Superb food and service. What a great place. If we are ever in the area again this will be our go to restaurant. Thank you. I would give 6 stars.
