Friday, Aug 9, 2024, was our first time ordering pizza at Norm's in Shediac. We opted for two pizzas.
Both pizzas were overcooked to the point of being burned.
I would have given a 1 star rating if the ingredients weren't at one fresh and generous. (Only the bottoms were burned).
Very poor first experience.

The pizza wasn't cooked the top was white and the crust wasn't cooked in the center. I had to finish cooking it when I got home. One of the employees was under dressed Monday July 8th

Ordered from Norms for the first time yesterday. The staff were wonderful. We got home, and the pizza was less than appealing. We didn’t even eat a full slice of the whole pizza. Maybe we will try again, but first impression wasn’t great unfortunately.. it looked good and smelled good. But the taste just wasn’t there for us.

They can get super busy but the pizza is amazing. Use real ingredients, not super greasy.

Shediac location Overcharged again close to $3.00. Does not taste anything like the Dieppe location. Some of the young employee just don"t seem to care.

Avoid, please. Last I went there, in 2019, I waited 30 min for my pizza, and it came burnt...Not good.
Worth every penny. A sure value. We love every bite.

After living in Memramcook and having Norms in Dieppe and Memramcook I am a big fan. Since moving to Shediac area I have tried five times for pizza there. The first four we’re all not cooked as in the dough was still dough. I finally called after the fourth pizza and mentioned it to them I was very nice oh thank you for telling us that’s about the extent of it. Tonight because I was too lazy to cook after a long day at work I called and ordered my regular. Number 5. Works pizza extra sauce extra cheese. Really? Not a vegetable on this pizza there were eight slices of pepperoni and some balls of hamburger very little cheese and a big gob of sauce thrown on top of it. What a disgrace nothing but garbage whoever owns the franchise will be very disappointed I will be posting my disappointment everywhere I can. Keep it up and you’ll be out of business people don’t wanna pay for that garbage
