Very tasty fish and chips. Very nice and attentive service. However, it is so loud that it is difficult to have a conversation at the table.Wheelchair accessibility: ramp

We go to this restaurant every time we go to the East Coast. The location and ambience are fantastic! Service was very good. In the past the food has been quite good. I ordered the same dish that I always get...the mussels in a white wine sauce...but this time it wasn't as good. For some reason, they started to add flour to sauce so it wasn't broth. It was awful. The sauce sat in clumps on the mussels...I hope that they go back to the broth sauce.

Loved this restaurant!! This was our family's first time in the area, it was recommended we try this place out, so glad we did, best crab cakes I've ever had. Staff were friendly, didn't wait long for a table that had a water view. I recommended staying for the sunset was a beautiful experience.

I took my friend here for a tour of Shediac and it was such a cute spot! We got to see the sunset and enjoy some really yummy food. We ate all of the apps and each got a main the place was packed and we still got an awesome spot and the food was quick! Service is always great here and the view is always amazing. Highly recommend patio spot if you can while the sun goes down. Sunset and twinkley lights = something special.Pro tip : order the Crab & Spinach Dip you won't regret it! ?

Dinner here was not anywhere near the calibre based on the reviews I read. Teeny tiny portions (no exaggeration), overpriced and I felt like I was in Grand Central Station with all the noise and overcrowding. Great business I would imagine, take advantage of such a great waterfront...cram as many people as possible in your space, under feed them but overcharges them, go to the bank...repeat! I've been to many restaurants where they serve smaller portions, none that have appetizers presented as dinners. Even then, the quality of the dishes are superb and well worthy of the high prices. Not here, at best a 2 out of 10 for the seafood pasta (sauce was out of a can and spiced up in my opinion). I've never been to the Sanbar before, won't go again! Leaving hungry (literally) and broke (not literally) is not part of my ideal dinner spot.

A very nice restaurant with beautiful sea view, tropical atmosphere and delicious food. We tried the fish and chips, lobster roll, all are supplied with potato chips, or you can upgrade it to salad by adding CAD2.99. Very reasonable price with plenty of food with good taste. The waitress serve us is very attentive and always with sweet smile. The toilet is also well decorated, it’s a must-see. Sitting in the restaurant, watching the sea and the wharf, feeling the sea breeze,it’s a good experience!

My favorite spot to eat in Shediac! All the food was amazing and so were the drinks. The view of the water with the setting sun made it even better! I highly recommend having dinner here on a nice day to really experience the atmosphere.

Sorry will not return. Some staff were very rude. There was 1 little server who was doing her job.

We went to the wharf in Shediac and ate lunch at the Sandbar on July 31st, 2023:The fishcakes are the best ever and the toasted lobster club sandwich was top notch. The upstairs patio had nice views of the kids jumping in the water and the adults swimming. The cocktails were also on point. It was a great way to spend an afternoon on the wharf in Shediac, New Brunswick.

Chill vibes, and a great view especially if seated on the patio. Delicious food and overall good service!Had the Deluxe seafood platter (half a lobster, mussels, crab cake, scallops, shrimps, vegetables and a side) - perfect portion and quite tasty. The caesar and lobster club sandwich were also very good.Would highly recommend for seafood lovers!Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot, but during peak hours, the wharf is very popular, so finding a spot may be more difficult.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp.
