I ordered coffee and I ended up getting barely a full cup. I paid for more than what I got. Terrible service and lack of effort. I also ordered an orange pekoe and asked specifically to mix it well and they didn’t. Lack of effort.

I had a chicken sandwich, potato wedges, ice cap all of them were not good. Also the staff member was not trained well that she didn’t even know the menu items and had to ask manger.

why is it every time we sit in there is NEVER a clean table. It does not matter which Tim Hortons you go into, you always have to clean your own table.
