First time here, we saw the double drive through line almost out to the street, so we decided to go inside instead thinking it would be faster. Not many people in line, but it took much much longer. My coffee was great, but my breakfast sandwich was literally thrown together as I had to rebuild it. Next time, it was probably worth the wait in the drive thru.

Not the worst Tim’s but not the best one we were in, Vary slow service and doesn’t seem to bother anyone, having one person on counter to server a line of 13 at the time and not bring or add help when the line is wrapping around the store and then we get served and they get the order wrong, but in saying all that the server Ronald was very nice and professional but we understand he did the best he could Was not a great visit

I ordered coffee and I ended up getting barely a full cup. I paid for more than what I got. Terrible service and lack of effort. I also ordered an orange pekoe and asked specifically to mix it well and they didn’t. Lack of effort.
Give them a raise!!! I went this Saturday morning and it was over crowded. I’m so proud for their great teamwork, although there was customers complaining. Good job to the team! My breakfast was great too :)
