As a traveler who loves Korean food and sushi, this was such a best restaurants in Shediac. I had the King Lobster Jambong and Big Veggie Roll. Jambong was packed with a huge lobster and plenty of seafood, and the roll had just the right amount of rice so the veggie flavors really stood out. Service was also nice with friendly server. I wish we had a place like this in my neighborhood.

What the heck? So when Pink Sushi moved out of Shediac a few years ago, we were left with few choices in the area. And the choices that were left were ok, not great, and perpetually busy. So when my spouse told me about a great place to get sushi OR a full traditional breakfast, I was sceptical to say the least.
Boy was I wrong.
In the bowels of the Shediac mall, in essentially a diner, there is some magic happening. Fresh, lovely sushi in Shediac is back!...

A really great place to eat! I haven't been to breakfast yet but can only assume it's just as good.

I've been twice. Planning on going at least once a month from now on.

Food is absolutely fantastic! Service is amazing! And the vibe / atmosphere is great!

I recommend trying the Korean Ramen with seafood and any of the rolls (sushi). We've tried something like 6 different rolls and they all tasted great!...
