I just ordered take out, large pep' n' cheese. Was ready on time. If you like ninja turtle pizza you will appreciate this, garlic dip was absolutely phenomenal.

I ordered chicken fingers and it has nothing to do with the photos, it's flat and hard...the chicken wings either I received only the wings without drumsticks and that's several times for almost $40 it’s disappointing…

After waiting 30 minutes I got the wrong food. Offered to replace it, but then it would have been another 30 minutes. So I ate it. No discount offered. Most likely will not be returning. This was the one in Shippigan.

We booked for 10 people and mentioned that it was for a birthday dinner, 2 years and 20 years. Our waitress only had a week or 2 of experience. No blame on her, but the supervisor should have better guided and helped her in order to provide quality service. Which was not done. She was a “rush” all the way and did her best… We had to remind her several times that we were missing regular and children’s menus. Since we had 2 children in the group and no children's menu. We had to ask for utensils 3 times after receiving our orders. One order was wrong, which is usually the norm at this restaurant. The rest of the orders were good BUT everything was cold. Even the pizza pan, garlic fingers and nachos were cold, not just the food. No drink refills offered. We had to ask for everything. We practically had to walk our waitress through every step to get what we needed. It really wasn't a good experience. We will not return again since it has become “normal” for this restaurant to have bad service, cold food/wrong orders and endless waiting. All our visits recently have been negative. We will no longer spend our money there!

Horrible service, took forever for the waitress to come take are order, she didn't come around to see if we needed anything, we had to ask for napkins and cutlery after are food came. The sad part is we were the only ones in there and now I see why.

They messed up my order twice. gave me the wrong topping on the first order and then we called and went back to pick up the second order. But they gave us a totally different pizza with a bbq sauce and thin crust instead of regulate sauce and crust. You can tell that someone else ordered this pizza. So dishonest or incompetent.

Bon rapport prix/qualité. Le service est un peu lent si on y va durant les heures de pointe mais rapide le reste de pa journée. Belle gamme de choix de repas sur le menu et lors de ma visite, le personnel était bien gentil et accueillant. Bon endroit pour emmener les enfants aussi, particulièrement lorsque les buffets du midi reprendront.
