The employees are generally really nice, especially in the evening when there are fewer customers. I have always loved this branch and have never had a bad experience there. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through the city.
Several times: received product different from what was ordered. The service at the drive-thru is not great. As soon as you arrive at the window, some employees are already waiting with the coffee, the bag, etc., etc. They barely have time to roll down the window when they are already waiting! We don't save lives! Yes, it's fun to have fast service but now it's as if we're telling you: come forward, arrive and "get out of the way as quickly as possible"!
Standard Tim Hortons with drive through that gets busy at times. I won't beat up any specific Tim's over the direction the parent company has taken and each location has to adhere to but is any Tim Hortons location remotely like it used to be?
