Me and my wife reached Saint Martin on 7 Oct 2024, Monday evening and had no place to stay at night . Every motel was fully booked . A lady at some restaurant near Sea Caves recommended to check with Beach Street Inn . She mentioned about some other motel as well but her colleague advised us to first check with Beach Street Inn as they are the best in town . When I reached at Beach Street Inn, the manager said that last evening they had some vacant rooms but no room available now. But the great act of kindness, she showed us speaks volume about this great place . She did not left us alone . She went with me to her neighbours to find some Air bnb availability for us. When he excused , even then she did not left us alone on that heavy rain and tried her level best to find a room for two of us. Fortunately my wife got an Air bnb room offer and we went to stay over there . But we are so impressed with the act of kindness showed by the Beach Street Inn manager that we strongly recommend all visitors to Saint Martins NB that Beach Street Inn should be their first choice Thank you so much Beach Street Inn😊 Syed & Huma

We went out for dinner for a family celebration. The online booking was pretty straightforward. When we arrived and mentioned we had a reservation, we were asked for our names which seemed a bit strange given that we had reserved. We had our choice of tables and enjoyed sitting surrounded by windows in a well-decorated dining room. We ordered scallops, fish cakes, and stuffed chicken breast. The food was delicious although portion sizes were a little conservative. Staff were friendly and looked after us. It's a nice spot that seems a little classier than its nearby peers.

I made a reservation at this restaurant online four months in advance. I found out the DAY OF the reservation they had canceled it because they had booked the venue for a wedding. They offered us a sitting three hours later than we had originally planned. Because there were limited options available at this late a date, we accepted. We did not receive prior notice of the cancellation, and no consideration was offered for the inconvenience (free drinks, free appies, etc.). In addition, due to the other event, they were sold out of several items on the menu. I understand why they dumped us but we should have been made aware in time to make other arrangements, or at least been offered some consideration. The food was okay and the service was great. If you book this restaurant online, I recommend you check to make sure the reservation is valid as we did not have a positive experience with their online reservation system.

Our time at Beach Street Inn was nothing short of magical! The Inn itself is gorgeous and comfortable. The owners and staff are so friendly and treated us like family. The location is ideal to see as much of St. Martins and the area as you want…Paul will even give you ideas of where to go and what to do! The food was delicious! The rooms are spacious and have the comfiest beds ever! Lots of places are nice but few leave the kind of impression Beach Street Inn left on us. We WILL be back!

What a wonderful place! Gorgeous views. Extremely clean. Great staff. Awesome property steps from everything….beach, shopping, dining, boardwalk, arcade, & much more. Pool, hot tub, fire pit…plus specialty coffee in the morning, snow cones during the day, & popcorn in the evening. Super comfy bed & amazing shower. Wish we could of stayed longer. But will be back!!!

Periwinkles Restaurant in St. Martins exceeded theexpectations of all 14 of us! Dining at its best! The food was delicious from savoury to sweet! The service was excellent. Our server knew the menu well and was knowledgeable about the ingredients. Owners Beth and Paul Winkle have created a special place for their guests to enjoy! I highly recommend Periwinkles especially to those who love seafood!!

The food was excellent! The service, on the other hand, was a bit lacking. We were sitting outside. When we received our plates, no one came to see us. We didn't get a refill of water and my boyfriend didn't get his sour cream with his baked potato. I also had to go inside to pay my bill.On the other hand, the view was breathtaking and the taste in the dishes was there ?

We were looking for somewhere in the area for our anniversary dinner while traveling and this place met and exceeded our expectations.

The food was delicious (especially the chef special potatoes) and the service was great. We sat out on the patio, which has a view of the bay, the owner sat us and she had a great personality.

We would highly recommend!

We stopped into the charming village of St. Martins during our 2-week vacation in the east coast. We were one week into our vacation when we visited this beautiful restaurant and I must say it was the best seafood I had so far. The owner was extremely friendly and made sure all of our needs were met. She even brought a basket of blankets outside to keep us warm while we dined outdoors. The food was just as fantastic as the service. If I could give Periwinkles more than 5 stars, I would!

This restaurant is very average, aside from the pretty decorations, the food is subpar at best. Our vegetables were unseasoned the salad had very little toppings that describe the description and was very bland. Our side dish came out cold. The main course of chicken, was a very small piece of dark meat , definitely not chicken breast, with a sauce that was unpleasant texture.Perhaps this spot is popular amongst the locals, but as two foodies who have eaten in hundreds of restaurants save your money! Not to mention both our waitress and bartender smelt of second hand smoke.

The food at Periwinkles is delcious ! We had dinner and breakfast there and really enjoyed it. Try the plank salmon. I enjoyed a Dave Matthews cocktail. They have a lot of cocktails to choose from which I don't see very often in restaurants. Don't skip dessert. I had cheese cake and my husband had tiramiso. Amazing !! We had breakfast boards for a great breakfast to start our day.

We had the charcuterie board, it was very generous. My only suggestion would be a bit less meat and less cheese but better quality cheese, not just cheddar sticks. The roasted veggie stack was disappointing. Very small portion of the stacked seasonal vegetables and instead it came on the side with potatoes and broccoli. The stuffed chicken was good.
