I’ve had fish n chips nearly everywhere in Canada and all the maritimes and Murphys famous fish n chips in Turo NS was the best until I went to spinne’y seafood market .in my opinion they would hold the title as best fish and chip. So be sure to check it out.

Ok this was amazing .... had smoked salmon , lobster burger , garlic butter and a tub of Lobster Roe ... nowhere could fill my tastes like this !!!! All My favorite things at one location and one meal ... thank you !!❤️❤️❤️

Spinney's Seafood Market in St. Martins is a must-stop for a delicious lobster roll. Visitors praise the generous portions of fresh lobster meat on a super soft, buttery roll with just the right amount of light mayonnaise. The customer service is top-notch, with the owner even going out of her way to serve customers, making it a favorite spot for locals and tourists alike. The market is spotlessly clean, with lobsters and various fish clearly on display. The staff are very accommodating, adding to the pleasant experience. Many customers consider eating a lobster roll here to be a remarkable experience, and the food is reasonably priced, especially given the quality and freshness of the seafood. The lobster roll was really good with about 4oz on a nicely toasted roll, and definitely still memorable. The seafood chowder had LOTS of seafood in it including scallops and lobster. The fish and chips was exceptional, with very light batter and extremely fresh fish. In opinion, they would hold the title as best fish and chip. The prices were all reasonable. One of the owners was very nice and gave a little glimpse into the industry and its challenges. Be sure to grab a seat at the nearby picnic tables for an amazing hill-top view of the area. Ample parking in the back.
