“Went there for the first time today at the SPCA dog run event in Janeville at the fire station. Decided to get the Fish & Lick poutine and the gentleman who took my order mentioned that it was his creation. He said I would enjoy it and boy did it deliver. The saltiness of the gravey and fries was a perfect compliment to the almost sweet and zesty tartar sauce, (which I believe they make in house,) the fish was crispy but so juicy and flakey. The fries had a wonderful crunch but the inside was fluffy, airy, and perfectly cooked. The cheese curds were wonderfully gooey and melted into the fries. I will admit, despite being devilishly intrigued by the poutine, I had my doubts about fish poutine. I will never doubt KC and Sons again. An amazing dish, filling, and delicious. the price was 20 bucks, Tax include. I definitely will have another one some day.”
