New years eve was the last time I ate kfc and will never order from any of them ever again. It was gross. From the greasy, mushy, tiny excuse they call chicken to the cardboard like fries, the quality of their food is so substandard I would rather be hungry than consume this garbage again.

Stood at the counter for 11 minutes before anyone came to take our order. After being told they were out of lettuce and unable to offer any of the festive meals ( because they were sold out ) we managed to place our order....and wait an additional 45 minutes for our food. Fries were soggy, gravy was cold, and the chicken was not fully cooked....pink chicken is not OK no matter what your timer says.

This review isn't about this location in general but more about kfc as a whole. Went to order some food and was informed by the staff that I can't order that in store. I can only order it online for them to make. Absolutely the stupidest thing I've ever heard.

Place used to be chill. I ate there often. Lately, staff has attitude problems. There was even one day last week the staff were all fighting eachother. It sounded like WWE Monday Night RAW in the kitchen with all the swearing. Saw them throw a handful of ketchup at a customer in frustration.

I had this amazing cashier named Mackenzie, she was so polite, very smiley and helped me with everything I needed for my family get together!! I am hard of hearing and she accommodated me best that she could. Such a sweet girl and will be looking forward to seeing her in the future and coming back!!

Worst experience I ever had with this kfc branch. One of the girl name “ Cha” is always rude and annoying. Same girl served me cold food for three times . Last time I had to return my order just because of “Cha”. Also ,assistant manager Jathin could not able to refund my money for that order .

I went a couple weeks ago and was asked to park out front while they cooked me fresh tenders. They forgot about me. They did give me a free small popcorn to make up for it. But then today I called mid afternoon to have a large order ready for early evening. They couldn't find my order and then gave the tenders away after they figured everything out and had to cook fresh after already waiting about 15mins.
