Went through the drive through a few day’s ago and got a single bucket of chicken for the low price of $51 (what a joke).Every piece was cut in half even the drum sticks.WTF does that??? Not to mention it was all just a disgusting bunch of grease. The skin doesn’t even stay on the chicken it was literally falling off as it laid in the bucket.(recipe changed perhaps?Idk)
I don’t know who is running that place but they certainly have no business managing a restaurant!
I look forward to telling everyone I know what a dump this place has become and I wish nothing less than a grease fire that would burn this place to the ground!!!😡🤬

Asked if they could do a festive sandwich and replace the chicken with the plant based and she said no. Guess it's too difficult to put a different patty on the bin. Then asked about popcorn chicken and she said a small us$7.99. She didn't bother telling me that they had a $4.95 popcorn chicken full up special. Lousy service.

I had the 3 piece chicken dinner, it was okay. They gave me 3 pieces of dark meat, I didn't ask for that. It was mediocre at best. Next time I'll have to remember to ask for some white meat.

My visit was unfortunately, far from satisfactory. The main issue? The restaurant had nothing. No fountain pop (had to buy bottles) and no ketchup, and they only told us that after buying the meals. For a place that serves fries and other condiments-heavy foods, this felt like a glaring oversight. They could easily get a bottle of ketchup at the grocery store near them or even try to find a solution. Also our fries were cold, which didn't help.
To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely uninformed about their menu. I had a simple order and the cashier seemed to not know what I was ordering I had to tell him what was in it exactly and the name and the price to get my order right.
What really sealed this as a bad experience was the lack of any effort to make up for these shortcomings. There was no compensation or substitute offered—no free gravy (had to pay for a tiny gravy), no extra sauce, nothing. It felt like they didn’t care about the inconvenience caused to customers.
A fast-food restaurant thrives on efficiency, customer service, and basic amenities like condiments. Sadly, this location missed the mark on all fronts. I hope they can improve their inventory management and train their staff better because, as of now, I wouldn’t recommend this KFC to anyone.

Took over 20 minutes to take my order and there was only one person in front of me.Also my popcorn chicken was cold and the onion rings were soggy and cold like they sat our for hours. Not happy with how cold there food is all the time. Surprised people don't get sick for eating this food ? also those two items cost me 31$ disgusting.
