Worst McDonald's I've ever been to - food order is NEVER right - you'd think I would go into it expecting to not get what I ordered by now, but I keep hoping!. I'd say don't ask for special request (eg extra pickles? Got no pickles, etc), but truth: don't even order standard everyday menu items... it's like they have an internal contest for who can mess it up the worst. Didn't think it was possible to make a Big Mac wrong at McD's. Guess someone said "challenge accepted!".

Kid-friendliness: our meal was cold had to ask for it to be replaced The drinks were wrong . The smoothie was bubbled and cuddled . The food was not fresh at all the young lady seemed upset that we called her to the counter twice e to correct our meal . I will not go to this location again.

Ordered coffee waited 15 minutes. Literally 2 people ahead of me. Turns out they forgot about my order & then finally after I reminded them, they make a coffee that taste like its been sitting there all day. Terrible.

the crew wasnt able to get our order correctly. I even clarified if she keyed in what I said 'cause it did not flash on the display, she said yes. When I asked another crew if the coffee I ordered got sugar on it because it doesnt show on the label, he said yes too. Turned out, i have to ask for sugar packets because there was totally NO sugar on it. some requests in our food wasnt right too.

It’s not bad if they get your order right. And that is a big IF. Three times in a row now being charged for missing items. So technically I’m giving them my money for nothing. Oh well, wont be going back.

Apparently checking your meal by just looking in the bag isn’t enough anymore they now put on the packaging that you got something special but they don’t actually give it to you?‍♀️ I’m gonna have to open my burger at the window every time now. Not to mention I waited for some of my food to cook and had to go back through the drive thru again because I didn’t get my cookies the first time, unfortunately I didn’t notice this until I got home. (-5/10)
