I had a bitter sweet experience at the Sussex McDonald’s today. I ordered my food and watched as it was prepared and bagged by one of the employees but instead of handing it to me they left it under the heat lamp for 5 minutes. It wasn’t until I asked another employee and they looked in the bag which had everything in it and the employee just refused to give it to me for some unknown reason. Some reason won't put onions on your cheeseburgers anymore unless you ask for them and sometimes they still won't put them on it..

For a McDonalds-...it's reasonably clean, the food is prepared properly, and it's been about a year since we have had errors* in our orders from this location.*We don't use the drive thru.This West Main St Moncton location is a stark comparison to the Paul st Moncton location- in a good way!
