The garlic fingers were dry and crusty, the fries were overcooked as were the ribs. The beer was cloudy. The prev time we went we had garlic fingers and wings and they were awesome. The service was awful. All around bad experience, don’t recommend

The first time my wife and I visited The Mule Bar & Grill was back in 2023. It did not make a good impression service & food was unimpressive. So, after two years we went back, figured give them a second chance to redeem themselves. We had an order of onion rings ($8) they were good but the portion was small, like 1/2 onion. My meal was a ($18) clubhouse, it was okay, way too much mayo and I like mayo. My wife had the ($14) two piece fried chicken meal. We should have asked which parts of the chicken came with the meal. She got a thigh and a wing (tasteless), and the fries for both orders were nasty, please peel off the old dirty skins before cooking. We will never return to this establishment.

We took a club sandwich platter to go, my friend and I both said that was the best club sandwich we ever had. Super cute dining atmosphere, different large spacious sections.. Clean. Food and service was amazing. 😃

I seated myself in the bar area. Served great food compared to the area, but the server took away my meal when I was away from the table, I guess they thought I was done even though I left my jacket there. After when I ordered a beer they didn't offer me change, I had to ask if the tip left by another patron was mine before they gave me any change. Mind you, I tipped very generously before any of this happened. I'd probably return as this wasn't the fault of the establishment and instead just one bartender.
