Poor service sorry to say this maybe because of the wrong time and day . Food was really cold and csm was very rude .Edit : Thank you for the response!we visited on March 25th by 7:40pm and the server was a lady sorry don't know her name . We totally understand the time we came to the place and we said sorry for the coming late as well . The person at the bar was really cool and we told her about the experience we had . I guess we were the last customers for the day.

My wife and I and couple of our close friends went out for a much needed kid free dinner. I got the seafood chowder, the flavours and the thickness was perfect. Only thing was the potatoes in it were overcooked. My wife got the smokehouse pizza. There was the perfect amount of toppings and the flavours mixed well!, our friends got the blooming Onion and The Mule BXL Burger. The Blooming onion was amazing, the house made batter had great flavor and the dip went perfect with the massive onion. Although The Mule BXL Burger was good. It didn’t have the flavours as the rest of the food . They also got the deep fried pepperoni. It was ok.Our Server Jenica was phenomenal. Great recommendation, fast server, and very polite! The option to go over and play pool or darts afterwards is an added bonus to the spot!

never in my life have I ordered potatoe skins, and the waitress show up with potatoe nachos & tell me that I'm thinking of "potatoe boats". also, who puts gravy and peas in a shepherds pie?

Ordered the large fish and chips order came cold also ordered a mix flavor of 15 wings also cold and short on the # of wings , took another 5 to 10 minutes to get the missing wings and eventually got napkins and cutlery to eat the now ice cold fish and Chips Less than impressed with food and service ! We're only two tables of people in the dining area so why was service slow and food cold ?

Don’t waste your money! The portions are horrible. Chicken burger was Well over done and tasted like it was fish. Maybe they haven’t changed their oil in months. Just a small handful of fries which is the cheapest thing to fill on a plate. Left still hungry. We shouldn’t have to find the waitress to refill our drinks.

I've always loved this place and all the changes they continue to make, but man, their food is nosediving. Servers have said there are newbies in the kitchen, but shesh... between wait times and the new quality or lack thereof, it's just not worth it. There is also a server on the bar side that is hands down the worst service imaginable. Not naming names but lordy... even watched ppl get up and leave before ordering. Literally losing business because of it.
Mule food is failing. First they lost burger week cause their new cooks have no idea..then... oil heat messed as their fries are totally blah now... tonight they can't turn out a meal within an hour. SAD Sad SAD. Please restore to better service.Edit response: "legit" I am one of your biggest repeat customers that is telling you that you have a problem. Recently your standard are not standards. In terms of burger week, this years' would have met standards if cooked properly. Elements were there but it was cooked equivalent to the rubber sole of a shoe. Kitchen staff is lacking... fix it instead of eloquently responding to a normal review like a capital C punt.
