Tim's has lost my support between not being able to understand anyone to 9/10 getting my order wrong. Really has gone down hill. Ordered a large icecap with caramel , medium ice coffee, chicken bacon ranch wrap with chipotle no ranch and no tomatoes, I got a medium ice cap with caramel, large ice coffee and a wrap with ranch

Very great tim Hortons. coffee was fresh and tasted great the food was quick and very delicious. We went through the drive thru the first time and it was quick and efficient. Second time we walked it and was also in and out quickly staff was great.

Unfortunately it’s a dirty lace from wall to ceiling, I’d hate to see the back of the store where things are baked and prepared. Tiles should shine on a wall, not have dust and filth.
