Tim Hortons is no longer the symbol of Canadian pride they think they are.
They should put “sorry we’re all out of that” on the shirts to save time and energy.
Or… “life is full of disappointments” could be the new motto in the cups.
The poor service and convoluted menu, combined with the perpetual lack of availability of menu items and the saturation of associates who cannot speak English or French has come to be the high standards of Tim Hortons restaurants across the maritimes.
Whenever possible I go to McDonald’s for my coffee and food, but when forced to burn money in the dumpster fire that is Timmy’s I always leave feeling ashamed, disappointed and laughing at the national joke it is.

Please learn to count change. 3 quarters and 4 dimes equals $1.15 not $1.10 Please teach the drive-thru workers that. I'm not mad about the five cents, but this has happened to me before at this location. Please be careful.

Tim's has lost my support between not being able to understand anyone to 9/10 getting my order wrong. Really has gone down hill. Ordered a large icecap with caramel , medium ice coffee, chicken bacon ranch wrap with chipotle no ranch and no tomatoes, I got a medium ice cap with caramel, large ice coffee and a wrap with ranch
Very great tim Hortons. coffee was fresh and tasted great the food was quick and very delicious. We went through the drive thru the first time and it was quick and efficient. Second time we walked it and was also in and out quickly staff was great.
