Went to buy a meal after visiting the town of Sussex Nov10th 430pm. I was told I couldn't scan my Tim Hortons points because they were too busy. I ordered a coffee, after 5 mins passed I asked for it and the young lady yelled and huffed and puffed and said "are you kidding me" then pointed towards the end of the counter. Wasnt told it was ready. Very rude staff, slow, incompetent and inconsiderate. Will never visit that location again

Online it says Tim Hortons stop serving chili at 10pm, well I was there at 8:30pm and was denied chili because they told me they stop serving chili at this late at night. My question is does every Tim Hortons decide what's good for there own personal agenda or am I just reading lies online about the 10pm dead line for certain foods

At a first glance the drive thru looked busy with two lanes for people to order from but we were pleasantly surprised that the drive thru line moved fairly quickly.
Whoever was on the drive thru ordering yesterday midday they were fast, friendly, and efficient. Well done this is how every drive thru line should be handled.
She even discussed my Tim Horton’s rewards options with me so I could receive a free coffee. Well done!!!!
Vegetarian options: I’m so very happy that Tim Horton’s offers vegetarian options for meals. Both the Cilantro Lime Veggie Wrap and the Cheese Flatbread Pizza are delicious options.

Tim Hortons is never going to be Michelin Starred, it wasn't ever meant to try, it's all about straight forward munch on the move and reliably drinkable coffee.
Even so, individual franchises do vary but the TH in Sussex is up there in the TH firmament not least because it is up to date, clean with very fast, friendly, and in the case of my last visit, very witty service.
That a youthful young server made everyone in the queue (and most of us were older than we'd like to admit)laugh is testament to how empathetic she was and, yes, the Breakfast Sandwich was hot and tasty.
