Hey Starbucks! Are you not paying attention to your franchisees and the reviews?? This location is flailing and there is a TH right outside with people lining up for 20 minutes to NOT go to your location. I had to help a poor young staff make tea - unprofessional for an over-priced coffee shop!! No barista training?? Very disappointing for a tea I paid 2x as much for from you-know-who. Next time I'll wait for 20 min. Soooo not the staffs fault for having limited training.

My Starbucks account doesn’t seem to work here when I scan it? Like it’s been since the beginning of the summer and they STILL haven’t fixed it. And it’s extremely slow service the workers seem to have not been trained properly and are rude! They also don’t even know how to read your order ticket they’ve forgotten something from my order 3 times in a row!

Terrible service. Workers are very rude and not wearing name tags. We ordered at 2 online and waited 20 minutes for drinks. People who ordered after us in store received their drinks before us. These two girls should be fired as they have terrible time management and work ethic. Get a grip.

Wonderful people and amazing food! Everybody is just starting out, so I didn't mind waiting a little while for my food. Hopefully, the staff can push through harder. Please keep in consideration that they just opened guys!
