Used to be great, prices are a bit on the ridiculous side now.
Coffee isn't as good as 10 years ago, employees barely speak the languages around, also very slow compared to a few years ago.
Food is still good, but I personally can't support them anymore.

The worst behaviour award goes to the employee of this store. It was a French speaking guy( JEAN MARIE)around 2 am, he was so rude. Absolutely lack manners on how to greet and interact with the customers.
The staff is wonderful. The selection is terrible. No raisins scones, no cheese croissant, no coconut donuts of any kind, no double chocolate donuts, etc. But they have the Rousette with three different icing.... Really!
Limited on muffins selection too. Also is the only Tim Hortons that does NOT have liners in there baskets, nor is there hand sanitizer at trash station. The owners do not participate in any community donations either. They have also bragged that after 11 am, all the customers that walk in , is pure profit! They are the only Tim that throw out their clients at 8 or 9 ,even when the place is full. Apparently they are short staffed. We know there are people whom tried to apply.

One of the most terrible Tim Hortons in all of New Brunswick and it's always full of people going there for a coffee or other and the main street is always blocked so I'm giving it 2 stars now! I never go there, I prefer the McDonald’s located not very far from the Tim Hortons. There should be a 2nd Tim Hortons in the commercial park for a population now of 16,000 and more and that would avoid a monster traffic jam! And it doesn't even have two drive-thru screens there. I prefer the Tim in Caraquet unfortunately it is much less full. And no more parking at Tim de Caraquet!! In addition, no display in English! I'm disappointed for English speakers visiting the area! Or even those who stay out of trouble! They will have to make menu sheets for those who just understand English! We're not in Quebec, it's also in English in addition to current French!
Parking: Not much space unlike other Tim Hortons in New Brunswick!
Kid-friendliness: Yes of course, they offer white and original hot chocolate too!
