Nearly waited 30 minutes for the Thanksgiving Poutine from this new local food truck on Rue Principale in Beresford, NB. Only 1 person was putting orders together, and the line of about 5 people all faced the same long wait. I wanted to support a new business, but the experience fell short. Cranberry sauce and stuffing were flavorful, yet the chicken was breaded instead of roasted, which didn’t fit the Thanksgiving feel. The gravy was bland - I almost never add salt to anything but this needed it + and the fries lacked seasoning. For $20 + tip I expected more, and the smaller container than advertised didn’t help. A creative idea, but it needs definite refinement.

The fish & chips, with perfectly golden homemade fries, and the crispy, flavorful fried clam platter were simply outstanding. Every bite tasted fresh and full of flavor. Paired with their warm hospitality, it made for an unforgettable experience. Absolutely worth the visit!

I cannot express to you how good the chicken strips and ranch are from here. I had at least 16 chicken strips this weekend at YQM from a truck and i wish i lived closer because i would be there everyday. Please tell me what kind of ranch you use 🙏 i will come back every time i’m near a location for the rest of my life.

Myself and my boyfriend spent $70.00 from the food truck, for a chicken burger, poutine and clam platter!😧 33.00 dollars for clams that were mostly breading, I am very disappointed in the over all quality and taste of our food. We were charged incorrectly as well, $12.00 more than we should have spent. The burger was 11.00, small poutine 14.00, and clam platter 33.00 which is $58.00. Not sure where they got 70.00 from as the sign says “tax included” but we didn’t realize until after we left. Sadly, would not recommend. Wasted my money🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

Went there for the first time today at the SPCA dog run event in Janeville at the fire station. Decided to get the Fish & Lick poutine and the gentleman who took my order mentioned that it was his creation. He said I would enjoy it and boy did it deliver. The saltiness of the gravey and fries was a perfect compliment to the almost sweet and zesty tartar sauce, (which I believe they make in house,) the fish was crispy but so juicy and flakey. The fries had a wonderful crunch but the inside was fluffy, airy, and perfectly cooked. The cheese curds were wonderfully gooey and melted into the fries. I will admit, despite being devilishly intrigued by the poutine, I had my doubts about fish poutine. I will never doubt KC and Sons again. An amazing dish, filling, and delicious. the price was 20 bucks, Tax include. I definitely will have another one some day.
