I had a distinctly pleasant experience here this morning. I got in early and requested a whooper. The lady who attended to me politely told me it's a 5 minute wait. She then went ahead to give me extra food for the delay. Great customer service I wish I could give a 6 star.

Most of the time you need to explain your order to them 3 or more times because of the language barrier , as english seems to be the 3rd or 4th language to the order takers, and now they refuse to put mustard on the hamburgers, just ketchup . They haven't had mustard now for weeks and don't plan on getting any

No jalapeños on my spicy breakfast melt, chocolate milk was rancid, almost threw up the entire meal after 1
My fish sandwich was one of poorest I've had. I was only customer there. Fish was dried out and very chewy. Very disappointed as I was hungry and antissapating a good sandwich. It times like that makes it easy to drive past to another place to eat next time.

Have people who can understand English if they are going to work in an English country I shouldn't have to order the same thing 7 times just for them to still get it wrong. Also check to make sure they give you the whole order you pay for as they left items out. Only good thing is they know they mess up alot so didnt argue when I had to go back for the items.
